"What should I do if my portable EV Charger screen which I bought from Chengdu Khons Technology Co., Ltd is broken or just not working?" Some of our customers asked.

As very sensitive components, although we use foam, bubble paper, and cartons to package our products, it is inevitable that some damage will occur during the packaging and transportation.

How can I confirm that only my charger's screen didn't work?

Just simple steps then you will know whether your charger's screen is broken or not:

1. First, connect the charger to the power outlet and confirm that the screen is not working

2. Connect the charger to your vehicle and confirm that the charging is normal, but the screen is still turning off.

After above two steps, we can confirm that the EV charger's system is normal except the screen is not working.

How can I fix this problem?

If the actual screen is damaged, we generally adopt the following solutions after checking the customer’s feedback picture or video, confirming that it is not caused by human force:

We will deliver a brand new OLED screen to the customer, and the customer will disassemble the control box and complete the parts replacement. Just follow the instruction video we provide to our customers
